We offer
"Make a change in your society. Learn project management. Find friends from all over the Balkans."
50 young people from 9 countries of the Balkans get inspirations, develop project ideas and learn in two Spring Schools new aspects to the topics ecology and civic activism. Furthermore they develop concepts for volunteer projects and get support by a project management workshop, small project grants and mentoring. In october they are invited to a reflective seminar that focuses on the evaluation of the individual development, future involvement in the society and the project assessments.
Who can apply
Everyone between 18-25 from Albania, Macedonia, Kosovo, Montenegro, Bulgaria, Romania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Croatia und Slovenia.
About the program
Balkans, let's get up promotes Grassroot-Engagement and it makes you sensible for societal problems. It helps to deal with stereotypes about neighbor countries and minorities, because fellows from different countries work together.
The program is realized in cooperation with initiative "Balkans, let's get up!". Funding and supporting: Heinrich Böll Stiftung Belgrad, Schüler helfen leben.
