THK coordinators are the linchpins of common activities on the ground and strong ties between the THK Berlin Team and partner organizations in different communities. Working tirelessly on multiple levels, they ensure a holistic approach to educational processes, strengthen local ecosystems, and deepen partnerships with stakeholders.
Locally embedded, they tailor the THK approach according to the needs of their communities, incubate new endeavors, fundraise, reach out to new partners, and provide support to facilitators. As multitaskers, THK coordinators are there in the middle of the night when the electricity goes out and participants and facilitators have to change location. They make sure that the seminar space is inspiring, and the food is delicious. Most importantly, though, coordinators guide and proof the quality, framework, and vision of local programs.
