Creating a more ecologically sustainable world starts within each person’s own ideas and action. The Moldovan program activEco aims to empower young people on their path of living more sustainably and becoming drivers of this lifestyle in their communities. In this way, the idea of sustainable living will become anchored deep in society. To bring this change about, activeEco organizes a series of challenges for participating youth. Topics range from organic agriculture to sustainable mobility, green home and workspaces, and growing trees. Participants attend 3-4 day seminars about these topics and start developing and implementing project ideas right on the spot. activEco is implemented in cooperation with Ecovisio and supported by the Robert Bosch Foundation.
